1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused and unworn
Be in original condition
Include all original packaging, tags, and labels
Not show signs of damage caused by use

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and supplier restrictions, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty:

All Jewellery
Personalized or custom-made items
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the item and packaging
A description of the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

4. Return Process

To request a return, go into your account and fill in the return form provided.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send items back without approval first.

5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by UK consumer law.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
