Where are you based?
We're a small husband-and-wife business based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Our address is 24 Sighthill Street, Edinburgh, EH11 4QQ, United Kingdom, and you can email us any time at info@reechowstore.com.

Do you make the pieces yourselves?
No. We choose every design ourselves, then work with trusted manufacturing and fulfilment partners, some of them overseas, who make, pack and ship your order directly to you. That's how we keep prices fair.

Shipping

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free and tracked on all orders to the USA, the UK and Australia, with no minimum spend.

Where do you ship from?
Your order is packed and shipped by our fulfilment partners, which may be overseas. That's why delivery takes a little longer than a local shop.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 5–10 business days to the US, 7–14 to the UK and 11–16 to Australia. Your estimated dates are shown on each product page.

Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by 24 November for the UK and US, or by 20 November for Australia.

Will I get tracking?
Yes. Every order receives a tracking number by email once it ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show movement at first.

What currency will I pay in?
US customers pay in US dollars (USD), UK customers in pounds sterling (GBP) and Australian customers in Australian dollars (AUD).

Returns & Orders

Can I return my item?
Yes. You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.

Where do returns go?
Returns come back to us in Edinburgh, UK, not to an overseas warehouse. Just email us first so we can match your parcel to your order.

What if my item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong?
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You won't need to post it back.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

What are your products made of?
Materials vary by piece and are listed on each product page. If you have a metal sensitivity, please check the description or email us before ordering.

Why might my piece look slightly different from the photo?
Colours can vary slightly between screens, and some pieces have organic or irregular shapes, so small variations are normal.
